I’m a chemistry graduate student and it seems that like many other chemists, I love to bake. It’s pretty much what I do all day on a larger, more tasty, scale. I often grab recipes from many different websites and books and mix them together and alter them. Trouble is, I can never remember where I found the recipe, what I changed, and what I liked! I’ll be combining all of that here (with credit to the sites I find the recipes at) along with my changes, tricks, and what I’d do different next time!
